< Instructions for returns and exchanges of physical cards >

  • Before returning or exchanging the product, please contact customer service (ID: @iplus.cente r ). The return or exchange can be processed after confirmation by customer service.
  • According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to wait for 7 days (including holidays) from the date of arrival of the goods. Please be reminded that the ” demurrage period is not a trial period ” and the product must be brand new and unopened. It cannot be returned once opened. For returns within the hesitation period, customers need to pay the shipping costs and third-party transaction fees (2.5% of the transaction amount).   • The refund amount for network card failure is limited to the original purchase amount of the returned network card (full refund).   • If it cannot be used when you arrive at your destination, please contact the official online customer service immediately on the day you leave the country. Requesting a refund if you return home without contact will not be accepted.
  • The quality of telecommunications networks in different countries varies, and base station construction cannot be as dense as in Taiwan. Each country’s regional and national telecommunications construction are different. Refunds cannot be requested due to signal conditions in a few areas.
  • Returned or exchanged goods must be sent back to Creative Digital Technology Co., Ltd. in a way that can be signed for or recorded (for example: registered postal service, home delivery, etc.). If the product is lost (not sent to the company and there is no record of the company’s receipt), this is Responsibility of the return party.
  • Consumers return goods in accordance with the hesitation period of Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Both parties hereby agree and abide by the principle that “consumers must bear the original shipping freight and be responsible for the return freight.” These are the terms of consumption agreed by both the consumer and the company. Without the consent of the consumer, an order cannot be established without the consent of the consumer. < Notes on physical cards >

  • It takes about 3~5 working days (excluding holidays) to receive the product after placing the order. Please pay attention to the relevant operating time when placing the order to avoid delaying your journey.
  • For iPhone, please be sure to delete the description file completely to avoid being unable to activate the card.
  • How to check the profile: Settings -> General, scroll to the bottom. If there is no profile, everything is normal.
  • For dual-SIM mobile phones, please be sure to place the card in “Card Slot 1” and clear “Card Slot 2” to prevent the card from being opened successfully.
    In order to maintain network quality, telecommunications companies require users of unlimited traffic plans to abide by the principles of fair use of network communications. Users with abnormal traffic will be subject to controls (up to 2~5GB per day may violate this regulation), which may result in inability to access the Internet or Internet speed slows down.
  • In order to avoid violating the principle of fair use, it is recommended that if large-traffic network activities are required, it should be carried out in a wifi environment, such as: uploading videos, large-traffic downloading activities, transferring large amounts of files, watching online videos, live or watching live broadcasts, playing mobile games… Wait, social software is mainly composed of videos and photos.   • Internet speed will vary depending on your terminal device and geographical location, so the minimum Internet speed is not guaranteed. Please confirm before placing an order.
  • Hotspot sharing will occupy bandwidth, and slowing down the network speed due to hotspot sharing is not acceptable.
    After inserting the card, the phone will automatically search for the best signal telecom provider. Unless judged by technical customer service personnel, please do not change the telecom provider arbitrarily to avoid making the card unusable.
  • If there is any malicious use of the Internet or the spread of malicious programs, the telecommunications company has the right to stop using the card.
  • How to calculate the number of days: Assuming that it is opened at 9 a.m. on the 1st, the first day ends at 11:59 p.m. on the 1st; the card will automatically expire at 12 p.m. on the number of days you select. The time calculation basis is based on “local time” allow.
  • Please do not insert the card into your mobile phone and turn it on in “Taiwan”, otherwise the card will be activated in advance and you will not be able to use it at your destination.
  • Please be sure to go to the “destination location” before inserting the card into your mobile phone to avoid being unable to activate the card smoothly.
  • This Internet card is plug-and-play. If it cannot be used, please refer to the steps in the package to check. If you encounter technical problems, please contact Line customer service directly (ID: @ iplus.center ). We will do our best to serve you. If it is not caused by human factors, Returns can only be made if it is due to factory defects or malfunctions. If the card itself is not damaged, returns or exchanges cannot be made.

< Instructions for eSIM returns and exchanges >

  • eSIM is a digital product. Once shipped, it is regarded as a consumable product. Consumer protection laws do not apply. It enjoys a 7-day hesitation period and cannot be returned.
  • Before the eSIM order is placed and has not been shipped, if the consumer purchases the wrong specifications or needs to modify the original order due to other factors, it will be regarded as a new order.   • iPlus cannot check if you are on a data plan associated with your eSIM, so we will not be able to process returns once the QRCode mobile barcode is sent to your email once shipped.
  • If you provide an incorrect email address when placing an order, resulting in a shipping error, you will not be able to process a return or resend a new QRCode mobile barcode.
    Although we can resend the original eSIM card QRCode mobile barcode to the email address you specify, we cannot guarantee that the owner of the wrong email address will not use it, so please be sure to confirm whether the email address is correct when placing an order.
  • If your device is not eSIM compatible or unlocked, it cannot be returned. Therefore, before purchasing, please be sure to confirm whether your mobile phone is suitable and whether your email address is correct. Please go to the official website’s FAQ to confirm the “eSIM applicable models” instructions or actively join Line customer service (ID: @iplus.center ) to inquire .
  • Once you enter the shipping process after placing an order, if you change your mind or no longer need the eSIM card, you cannot handle a return.
  • The refund amount is capped at the original purchase amount of this eSIM (full refund). Please do not ask for other additional compensation because it affects your travel schedule, work, mental compensation, etc. If you have any doubts, please consider purchasing.
  • If it cannot be used when you arrive at your destination, please contact us immediately. We will not accept refunds if you return to your country without contacting us.

< eSIM Precautions >

  • If you do not receive the eSIM email within 1 to 3 days after placing the order (excluding holidays), please contact customer service staff and proactively provide the order number for confirmation.
  • Please be sure to fill in the overseas departure date correctly to avoid being unable to activate it smoothly.
  • Please scan and install the eSIM QRcode in an environment with Internet access.
  • Please be sure to install and activate the eSIM within the validity period of the QR code in the email to avoid being unable to use it due to expiration. If it becomes unusable due to expiration, returns and exchanges are not possible.
  • Please be careful not to delete the installed eSIM file. If the eSIM file cannot be restored due to deletion, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you have connection issues, restart your phone or move to a different location and try again.
